Philip has a broad experience in the management of both open ended and closed ended funds. Our clients benefit from his industry expertise gained over 30 years specialising in financial services and particularly covering venture capital, private equity and infrastructure investment structures. He acts as director to numerous investment funds and related general partners. He is an executive director for Ocorian’s key regulated operating companies and also leads our European Depositary and Operator services.
Prior to joining Ocorian in 2010, Philip headed the Jersey fund management company of a private Swiss bank for more than ten years. He is a chartered accountant and has been awarded an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
